Trahan joins the Sudden Service "Big Red" Team

Sudden Service, Inc. (SSI) welcomes Kevin Trahan as the new Service Center manager for the Dallas- Fort Worth, Texas area. Trahan joined the Big Red team after working for an authorized Taylor dealer. Trahan has over 10 years experience in the heavy equipment industry.

"Kevin will be an asset to the Taylor Sudden Service team," Davis Taylor, Assistant General Manager of Sudden Service, Inc. in Louisville, MS, stated as he welcomed him onboard. Trahan will be responsible for overseeing the new Sudden Service facility in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Sudden Service Inc. Welcomes Griffin to "Big Red" Team

West Memphis, AR (April. 18, 2017)

Sudden Service, Inc. (SSI) management welcomes Randall Griffin as the new Service Center manager for the West Memphis, Arkansas facility. Griffin brings with him over 15 years of experience where he worked for an authorized Taylor dealer.

"We are pleased to have Randall join us," Davis Taylor, Assistant General Manager of Sudden Service, Inc. in Louisville, MS, stated as he welcomed Griffin. Griffin will be taking the position of Service Center Manager after the retirement of Mary Gibbs' 40 year tenure.

Sudden Service, Inc. announces Rob Anatra as new Warehouse Manager

Sudden Service, Inc. (SSI) announced Rob Anatra as the new warehouse manager for the branch in Pasadena, Texas. Anatra joined the Big Red team in 2017 after working for an authorized Taylor dealer in the service division.

Kothmann joins Sudden Service Team

Sudden Service, Inc. (SSI) announced the appointment of John Kothmann to the position of Regional Service Manager for all Texas locations. Kothmann joined the Big Red team in 2016 after working for an authorized Taylor dealer in the service division.

Sudden Service, Inc. announces Stephanie Garcia as new Service Manager

Sudden Service, Inc. (SSI) announced Stephanie Garcia as the new service manager for the branch in Comfort, Texas. Stephanie joined the Big Red team in 2017 after working for an authorized Taylor dealer in the service division.

Will McKinzie Promoted to Taylor Sales Team

Louisville, MS (April 6, 2017)

Sales Management of Taylor Machine Works, Inc. (TMW) announced the promotion of Will McKinzie to the position of Administrative Assistant/Used Equipment Coordinator in the sales department. Will joined the Big Red team in 2015 as a fabrication operator.

Hal Nowell, General Sales Manager of Taylor Machine Works, made the announcement by saying, "I welcome Will to the 'Big Red' sales team and look forward to working with him." McKinzie will be responsible for keeping track of all rentals and used machines, invoicing and updating the used and rental machine website.

Second Class to Become "Master Certificated" Technicians

Louisville, MS (April 6, 2017)

For a second time, students attending a Taylor ?Big Red? service training class sponsored by Sudden Service, Inc. for Advanced Hydraulics have completed the Master Certification Program. These students are now Taylor Master Certified Service Technicians. The Master Certification program consists of three (3) levels of training that includes a service training class on a basic Taylor model with TICS (Taylor Integrated Control System), an Advanced Hydraulics, and an Advanced TICS. To be eligible for Master Certification, students are not only required to complete the three training classes, they must pass a test with a score of 80% or better, including hands-on testing for the advanced classes. Achieving Master Certification is hard work, takes dedication and is a great accomplishment. Congratulations to these Taylor dealer service technicians and Taylor customer service technicians for a job well done!
